It was a wonderful experience to stay at the luxury banyan tree resort. Sea facing view from our room. The room service was extremely quick and food was delicious. Staff was courteous- always ready to assist. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Though a little heavy on the pocket, I would say it was totally worth every penny. Probably the best resort you can stay at Mandarmani!

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at the resort. The luxury tents are nice…the bathrooms could be better. The property is big and very well maintained…my child loved the swimming pool. Location is good…right on the beach. Food is tasty…very decent buffet breakfast spread. Service was excellent…had apprehension regarding the service after reading reviews online, however, had a completely different experience when I was there… the staff are polite, friendly and very helpful…specially one guy, Billa was great help to us throughout our stay…available promptly on call literally the entire time. The place is totally worth the 10k+ price.

Resort is well made though it's a work in progress. But whatever good could happened their lack of service and lack of interest for service spoils it. We had paid for breakfast lunch and dinner. They weren't prepared for it. They gave us a print out in which few items were mentioned. No buffet, no choice was offered.Paid 13k per night but sad didn't get even half the value brother in food nor in view. Big disappointment. Much better properties around.

Their bathroom needs major renovation. I didn’t expect such horrible bathrooms after paying 11 thousands per room per night. And room service is very slow. The good thing is food. They serve wide variety of tasty food for lunch, dinner and breakfast.

The panoramic view of the beach is an instant soul-soother. Though there was no water sport activity, it's a perfect spot for relaxation and unwinding. While the service's pace might test your patience, the resort compensates with its other offerings like their cozy and clean tent like rooms, huge swimming pool, kids playground, breathtaking views, long & clean beach. If you're looking for a beachfront retreat in Mandarmani, I highly recommend checking out this resort. A must visit!
